Step 1:
Start by creating a new canvas. 400 by 100 pixels.
In this tutorial I am going to teach you how to create glowing text
Create a new layer. Layer >> New Layer
Now click on the text tool, and type some text on the canvas.
Step 2:
Now change the background color to black.
Go back to the text layer, and go: Layer >> Layer Style >> Outer Glow
Apply these settings:
Alright were done.
